Louisiana Youth Leadership Form is a summer camp for 10th -12th graders with disabilities, including mental health issues, learning disabilities, and chronic health conditions.
They prepare youth with disabilities for their future post high school by teaching leadership, self-advocacy, and creating community.
Campers leave LAYLF with a newfound sense of pride, new friends and an ability to advocate for a future after high school!
